PCRSD Rate Hearing

A rate hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 4th at 6:00pm at the PCRSD office in Parkville. This would effect bills for customers whose account begins with 0001, 0002, 0011, or 0016. The proposed rate for the 2025 service year is below:

• Base rate $33.24 (no change from 2024)
• Usage rate $5.50 per 1,000 gallons (up $0.50 from 2024)

For a customer with an average usage of 4,000 gallons, the proposed rate would increase the monthly bill $2.00.

Note: this proposed sewer rate is NOT for customers whose account begins with 0020.
